Winobot, the IRC Bot You Can Party With

Partying with your IRC bot just got a whole lot easier.

Built with Perl, AnyEvent, MongoDB, and creative input from my friends.

Notes:

  • code is stable enough to keep me and my friends entertained, you may not have as much luck
  • see the README on GitHub for list of quirks
  • patches + pull requests welcomed
  • the default “brain” (Markov Chain input data) is “War of the Worlds”, when in drinking mode, it’s Tucker Max stories (buy his books for real entertainment)
  • i’ll try and keep the freenode demo bot running
